Belli bir zaman döneminde ya da düşük kalite nedeniyle su kullanımında kısıtlama olduğu zaman su talebi mevcut kapasiteyi aşıyorsa Su Stresi altındasınız demektir. Türkiye'nin önemli bölümü yüksek su stresi yaşıyor.  4 Mart 2019 Pazartesi SUTEK ve UTTMD olarak Su Konferansı'nda çözümleri ele alacağız.
